| Cute little place. |
The chef and proprietor of La Trattoria, a cute little Italian place across the river, happened to be a good friend of the proprietor of our B&B. They stayed open super late for us, for which we were extremely grateful.

The food at La Trattoria was very straightforward, and very good. We started with Caprese salad and brusheta, followed by sharing some simple seafood pasta in a red sauce. A couple of glasses of Chianti and we were good to go.

Overall: recommended. We found out later that this place is in several guidebooks, but the fact that Giovanni was willing to feed two weary travelers so far past closing time went a long, long way with us. Thank you, Giovanni!
