Restaurant Review: John Benny Morrisey's Pub, Dingle Town

Fish stew and Irish bread.
In short: too expensive, and serving food that was completely unseasoned.  Even for pub grub, this was a low.

Irish stew.  Bland and hearty.
We shared a bowl of bland (but hot, which was a good thing) seafood chowder to start.  I had Irish stew, and Mary had fish and chips.

Fish and chips.
My stew tasted like water with some potato and meat in it.  Mary's fish and chips were ok, but about as bare-bones as you can get, with zero seasoning.

Pot of chocolate and snaps.
We shared a dessert--pot of chocolate, with some gingersnaps for dipping and whipped cream.

The draft cider was cold, and the food was filling.  That said...if it wasn't for the excellent music, I'd say pass on this place entirely.
